Eyes Healed, Migraines Gone
Isaac's Story
When I was born, I was born with a nystagmus. To put this simply my eyes would shake horizontally all of the time. This was clearer when I was tired, stressed or anxious. It was very noticeable. I once had somebody ask me to stop my eyes from shaking and I had to explain that I couldn’t. I had tests conducted to see whether it was a sign of anything being wrong in my brain. However, the test showed nothing and the doctors said this would be something I would deal with for life. This didn’t affect my day-to-day life as I didn’t notice the shake, but it was noticeable to other people.

Every year at New Day, there is a healing night. we had already prayed for a couple of people and seen them be healed in our group. Julie from our church suggested that we pray for my eyes. I agreed and people started to lay their hands on me. As this happened, I felt urged to kneel. This allowed more hands to be laid on. I had my eyes closed, and as Julie started to pray, I felt my eyes vibrating side to side. But not just vibrating doing so at a rapid pace. I felt very dizzy and I even felt like I was rocking side to side and the hands on me were keeping me up. This is why the spirits told me to kneel. Halfway through Julie‘s prayer, my eyes came to a stop. I’ve never felt my handshake before so I knew this was Jesus working. When Julie finished, I jumped up and said to her “Look at my eyes.” People started to look and we realised Jesus healed me. That evening I went up to my mum and she couldn’t believe it. My mum was the one who noticed it most, and I could not believe that they weren’t shaking.

Later that evening a thought came to my brain. The reason I had the brain scan in the first place was because I was undergoing migraines. This was something that had happened regularly as I’ve grown up. I wondered if Jesus in healing my eyes, had also healed my migraines. 18 months later, since my eyes were healed, I haven’t had a migraine.
