Sundays

Christ Church Blackpool meets together 10:30 to 12:30 Sunday mornings at the Imperial Hotel, North Promenade, Blackpool FY1 2HB (tea and coffee is served from 10:15).  We gathering together to worship Jesus, take communion, learn from the Bible and enjoy community. Everybody is welcome, and see below a little of what you can expect from one of our Sunday Services.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

The Imperial provides free parking for all users and though the Hotel may be busy on a Sunday morning there’s almost always a space somewhere to be found.  On the rare occasion that there is no room in the car park, most of the surrounding streets are free on Sundays (but please check for restrictions before leaving your vehicle).  Once you have parked up, make your way to the foyer where a Blue shirted, wonderful member of the CCB team will be pleased to greet you and guide you to our meeting room.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Tea and coffee to start with.  Then a time of sung worship, where people may pray out, read from the bible or share what they believe God is saying to them.  You then will have time to grab another drink and something to nibble on before we come back for a Preach ( a talk from the Bible).

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Put simply, nothing. You are under no obligation to stand up, sit, kneel, sing, pray, even if other people are doing so. If you wish to just sit quietly that is perfectly Ok. You don’t have to dress in your Sunday best, and if you don’t have a Bible, that’s OK too. Just come as you are.

WHAT ABOUT KIDS?

During our time together we run kids activities for ages 2 – 11, that are great fun and lead by an amazing team.  The mornings kids leaders will be wearing orange CCB KIDS T-shirts and all children are invited to go out with them (normally around the third song).

Get in contact if you wish to find out more or come along.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
